Adventurous Journeys (AJ) Capital Partners is launching a new collection of luxury hotels along the Scottish golf coasts this summer.

Marine & Lawn Hotels & Resorts will premiere with the opening of Rusacks St Andrews and Marine North Berwick, followed by Marine Troon in 2022.

Launching in June, Rusacks St Andrews will offer 123 guest rooms, a traditional Scottish pub and rooftop bar and restaurant overlooking the 1st and 18th holes of the Old Course at St Andrews and the North Sea. The renovated property includes a 42,000sq ft extension housing additional guest rooms and the rooftop concept

The Marine North Berwick also opens in June with 84 guest rooms, two food and beverage concepts and 6,000sq ft of meeting and event spaces. The hotel will also offer a spa, pool and fitness centre. The hotel overlooks the 16th hole of the historic West Links course at North Berwick Golf Club and has scenic views of the Firth of Forth and Bass Rock.

Open in 2021, but officially joining the Marine & Lawn Collection in 2022 following its renovation, Marine Troon will offer 89 guest rooms, two food and beverage concepts, meeting and event spaces and a new fitness and leisure centre with an indoor pool, squash court, sauna and steam facilities. The hotel will provide unobstructed views of the 1st and 18th fairways of Royal Troon's Old Course.

Restaurant developer White Rabbit Projects is launching and running all food and beverage outlets at both Rusacks and Marine North Berwick.

AJ Capital also owns and operates the Randolph Hotel in Oxford and the Cambridge Hotel in Cambridge, both of which will relaunch as part of Graduate Hotels this summer.
